The H.O.P.E. Framework Workshop is a structured, full-day engagement built around a philosophy and a framework built over decades of work and tested across dozens of organizations.
The engagement begins with a pre-session alignment call and follow-through homework to make the day effective.
Pre-Session Strategy Call
60 Minutes, virtual
PHI meets with your lead team before the day to clarify objectives, confirm participants, assess current state, and define what the workshop must accomplish. Pre-work is assigned.
One-Day Intensive Workshop
Full day, on-site.
PHI guides your team through the H.O.P.E. Framework — Hear & Honor Community Stories, Organize Around Vision, Produce Change, and Establish Systems — using a structured agenda designed to hear from community members and generate shared direction and practical commitments.
Written Synthesis
A 6–8-page written synthesis delivered within 10 business days of the workshop, organized around the four H.O.P.E. pillars and the strategic decisions made during the day.
Accountability Calls
Two one-hour follow-up strategy calls at 90 and 180 days to review progress, address obstacles, and confirm next steps.
